 We are an established company with many years of combined experience in all types of mastic/sealant pointing, including new and remedial to the construction industry. We consider safe working practices to be paramount and as such, conforming to all aspects of health and safety requirements carry out site specific risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments for the products we use. We are members of the CITB (No3118573), The Association of Sealant Applicators, and are CSCS card holders.
We specialise in the application of expansion/movement joints to concrete hardstandings and internal floors, brickwork and blockwork, intumescent/acoustic applications as well as the regular site requirements of hygiene and window/door frames. We also specialise in the various glazing applications i.e. glass to glass etc.
All our operatives have no less than 5 years experience of mastic pointing and are CTA/IPAF trained. We only use quality sealants by Fosroc, Ashead Ratcliffe (we are ARBOMASTER approved), Dow Corning and Rhodia unless otherwise specified. We cover an area from the M62 corridor to the south coast, encompassing the London confines where we have carried out many glazing and 'fit out" applications. |
