About Us

We are an established company with many years of combined experience in all types of mastic/sealant pointing, including new and remedial to the construction industry.  


We specialise in the application of expansion/movement joints to concrete hard standings and internal floors, brickwork and block work, intumescent/acoustic applications as well as the regular site requirements of hygiene and window/door frames. We also specialise in the various glazing applications i.e. glass to glass etc.   


We consider safe working practices to be paramount and as such, conforming to all aspects of health and safety  requirements carry out  site specific risk assessments , method statements and COSHH assessments for the products we use.


We are members of the CITB (No3118573), The Association of Sealant Applicators, where one of the Directors, Gary Lakin sits on the board.  We are also approved by Constructionline (65706), CHAS and CIAPS.  We also hold a Platinum Commitment to CSCS certificate.    Both of the directors hold SMSTS Certificates.   All our operatives have no less than 5 years experience with a NVQ Qualification in Sealant Application and also are CTA / IPAF trained.  Our workforce is currently working towards SSSTS Certificates.  


We only use quality sealants by Fosroc, Adshead Ratcliffe (we are ARBOMASTER approved), Dow Corning, and Everbuild unless otherwise specified.  


Our client list includes prestige companies such as Balfour Beatty Construction Limited, VINCI Construction, Bovis, Galliford Try Construction, Kier Group, Willmott Dixon Limited, Bowmer & Kirkland Group, Costain Limited and John Sisk and Son Limited.  We cover an area generally from the M62 corridor to the south coast, encompassing the London confines where we have carried out many glazing and “fit-out” applications.
